01 / CURRENT PRACTICE

Sacred
Interface

Botanical growth and octilinear circuitry share one stitched structure. The work considers how biological and technological systems might coexist through adaptation, restraint and care.

PROCESS

Slow lines, designed paths

Each piece begins with a digitally developed structure and is translated by hand into thread, pigment and metal rings. Stitches follow 0, 45 and 90-degree routes, while gaps and open connections keep the system visibly unfinished.

ARTIST STATEMENT

I work between digital tools and hand processes.

My practice moves across digital experiments, watercolor and embroidery. I am interested in what happens when botanical forms meet the logic of circuits: when a line is planned on screen, then slowed down through thread, pigment and repeated handwork. The work reflects my interest in nature and technology, and in making forms that feel structured without losing their vulnerability.
